By purchasing a ticket to this event, you ("Guest") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Photo and Video Release: You grant the event coordinators, sponsors, and hosts (collectively, "Event Organizers") permission to capture your image, voice, and likeness through photographs, videos, and other recordings (collectively, "Recordings") taken at the event. You understand that these Recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, event promotions, social media posts, and marketing materials.

 

2. Hold Harmless: You agree to hold harmless the Event Organizers, their affiliates, and their representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any damage or injury to you or your property, including but not limited to, any injuries or losses sustained during the event.

3. Ticket Sales are Final: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

4. Contact List Access: You understand that the Event Organizers will have access to your contact information, including but not limited to, your name, email address, and phone number, which may be used for event-related communications and marketing purposes.
